Step 1
Early Stage
We advise Seed & Series A start-up founders on how best to build their foundational teams. We train the founders and hiring managers on interview skills and develop the interview process with their input. All that's left for us is to source, interview, and hire the multi-hat-wearing problem solvers your start-up needs to grow!
Step 2
Scaling
Some start-ups already have an interview process, we help to optimize that and future-proof it for scaling. We partner with Series A & B start-ups to scale their teams of 5-10 to teams of 15-60 as they raise their next series of funding.
Step 3
Exit
Unlike many recruitment consultants, we make it a goal to leave your company when we have built you a strong enough infrastructure to stand on your own. By the time you've raised Series B/C, you will be ready for an internal recruitment team. We will help source, onboard, and train that team as they add their own flavor to internal processes and prepare them to scale for the next round of funding.
